Pricing

Transcription services are rendered at a rate of $0.97 per minute of audio. Clients may however negotiate a lower rate with Uventra Services Private Limited relative to the client’s length of commitment and their desired service volume. Invoices will be processed on either a monthly or yearly basis, and will either aggregate the client’s total audio minutes during the respective time span or will require the client to pay at a predetermined negotiated rate.

Terms and Conditions

All services provided by Uventra Services Private Limited will be fulfilled upon the agreement between each client. Uventra Services seeks to provide and foster cross-cultural, value-added services that positively affect the bottom-line other companies understanding and communication among business-people in today’s global marketplace. Through tailored workshops, branding, and global transcription services for businesses, universities, and other organizations, Uventra Services provides business services to help prepare and equip businesses to successfully navigate the international market. Additionally, Uventra Services provides transcription services to businesses and others organizations who seek to transfer their audio content into written content for their constituents.

The following Terms and Conditions listed will apply exclusively to the current and future business relationships between Uventra Services and you (the customer). Any additional or inconsistent terms issued by you, including any such terms and conditions set forth that are not in accordance with the agreed upon service agreement execution shall not be binding upon Uventra Service Private Limited.

Privacy Policy:

All information received from the client’s registration will be used by Uventra Services in accordance with our privacy policy. Kindly read below for details:

• After receiving final transcripts through Uventra Service’s transcription service, the client is responsible for all future use of the product. Uventra Services is only responsible for the creation and deliverance of the service agreed upon.

• Any private information provided to Uventra Services (payment, email address, physical address) is agreed to be used within our team for implementation of our final agreed upon service.

• Upon registration for our service, the client is to uphold all agreed upon payments pending the reception of agreed services.

• Oral understandings between the client and Uventra Services will require written confirmation by Uventra Services and a contract between you and Uventra Services will only become valid when it has been accepted in writing by Uventra Services or when the service is performed through delivery or download of agreed upon service.

Refunds/Cancellation Policy:

• Upon agreement and completed invoice, the client agrees that our services will start at the agreed upon time.

• The client does not have the right to receive our services without paying the agreed upon fee.

• The client does not have the right to cancel your subscription until the end of your agreed upon term. If you wish to cancel our services, please contact our business directly through uventra.com.

• Failure to pay will result in the termination of our services immediately and the client will not be given the agreed upon service.

• Uventra Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate contracts that are not being met by the client with or without notice and without further obligation to the client.
